2026. It has been submitted that the main allegations have been attributed to Habirul Rahman and Baidul Shekh, as they were the persons having a dispute with respect to the contract for construction of the road. Learned A.C. to P.P. has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellant. Regard being had to the generality of the allegations levelled against the appellant and the fact that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail, we while setting aside the order dated 12.05.2026 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Pakur, in A.B.P. No. 208 of 2026, direct the appellant to surrender before the learned trial court within a period of four weeks, and on his surrender, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Pakur in connection with Pakur Muffasil P.S. Case No. 05 of 2026 . This appeal stands allowed. (Rongon Mukhopadhyay, J.)
