It is the case of the petitioner that over the land of the petitioner the respondentsare making some construction. 3. The petitioner had earlier approached this Court by filing WP(C) No. 3083 of 2026. The said writ petition was disposed of on 28.04.2026. The operative portion of the said order reads as follows: “If the respondents have noticed the petitioners to remove the encroachment failing which appropriate action would be taken, it is expected that the action would be taken in terms of law and after giving proper opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, if at all the three shops, which the 2026:JHHC:19776 2 petitioners have constructed are upon the encroached land. It is expected that without adhering the due process of law, the same cannot be demolished.” 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they have already filed a representation annexing all the documents including the chain of title but the same has not yet been disposed. 5. Dr. (Mrs.) Vandana Singh, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the writ petition was disposed of only on 28.04.2026 and the petitioner had filed a representation on 16.05.2026 and thereafter rushed to this Court. 6. Considering the submission of the parties and the fact that the representation has already been filed by the petitioner, I direct the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 7. It will be open to the respondents to take appropriate steps once the said representation is disposed of and order thereafter is communicated to the petitioner. 8.
