Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, made a limited prayer that in identical matters, while passing order dated 19.12.2025 in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.19951/2025 (Rajesh Harijan Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.), liberty has been granted to the petitioner to submit a representation with further direction of consideration of the representation. Reliance has also been placed on the decision of Co-ordinate Bench of this Court at Principal Seat, Jodhpur, in Ravi Jajot & Anr. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition
[2026:RJ-JP:12840] (2 of 2) [CW-5632/2026] No.10496/2018) along with other connected matters decided on 30.08.2018, wherein similar directions as above were issued.
Learned counsel further submits that similar directions may also be given in the instant writ petition.

In the light of limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is also disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to submit representation, as directed in the case of Rajesh Harijan (supra). In case, any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be considered by respondent No.4 and shall also be decided by speaking order within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of representation along with certified copy of this order.
3. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.
