Ms.C.Meera Arumugam, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 2 & 3. On instructions, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that the Second Appeal filed by the petitioner has been numbered as 15446 of 2024. 4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's Second Appeal filed under the Right to Information Act, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.The petitioner is aged 65 years and is a Senior Citizen.
