By virtue of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the petitioner seeks issuance of a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction directing the State of NCT of Delhi through the SHO, PS: Dwarka South (Delhi) to strictly and mandatorily comply with the provisions of Section 35(3) BNSS in vide order dated 15.01.2026 passed in M.A. No.2034/2022 in SLP (Crl.) No.5191/2021 entitled ‘Satinder Kumar Antil vs CBI & Anr.’ as also to allow the Petitioner to join the investigation through his counsel and/ or through video conferencing, and to provide his statement by email. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the petitioner, though not residing within India, however, is always ready and willing to not only join the investigation but also participate therein, This is a digitally signed order.
