Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for about seven months and till date charges have not been framed. 2. Learned advocate appearing for the State on the other hand submits that 9 pieces of single shot pipe guns and 158 rounds of ammunitions were recovered in the instant case. 3. Having regard to the quantity of arms and ammunitions seized in connection with the instant case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at this stage. 4. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. 5. Thus, CRM(M) 92 of 2026 is dismissed. Page 2 6.
