This is an application under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 challenging the Page No.# 2/2 orders passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Sribhumi in Special NDPS Case No.74/2021 issuing Non-Bailable Warrant of Arrest as well as P & A against the present petitioner. 3. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. I have also gone through the materials available in the record. 4. The petitioner Manjur Ahmed @ Manjurul Islam is directed to appear before the Trial Court and file an application seeking bail and the Trial Court shall consider his bail application in accordance with the procedures as laid down by law. 5.
