M.A. (to be numbered): 1. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the matter is taken up for hearing today. W.P.(CRL) 1077/2026: 2. This petition has been taken up for hearing upon being mentioned by the learned Standing Counsel for the State. 3. The learned Standing Counsel has handed over a copy of the Status Report dated 06.04.2026, stating therein that the missing boy has since been recovered. As the boy has since been recovered, and is now in the custody of the petitioner, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. At the same time, taking note of the threat perception expressed by the boy, we direct the SHO of the concerned Police Station, Mayur Vihar to have a Beat Constable accompany the boy to his house, and to also share his own mobile number as also the mobile number of the Beat Constable with the family of the petitioner, who may contact them in case of any threat from any quarters. 5.
