The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chas (M) P.S. Case No. 07 of 2026, registered for the offence under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 127(2), 221, 132, 324(4), 351(2) and 352 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bokaro. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were passersby and on the way they have found that there was a scuffle between two groups and pursuant to that a road blockage has been made. He further submits that the allegation of blockage of road is against 29 named persons and 100 to 150 unknown persons. He next submits that the petitioners were only standing there while they were on the way to one of their relatives’ place as there was bereavement in their family. He further submits that one of the co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No.2538 of 2026. 2026:JHHC:20332 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of blocking the road. 5. In the FIR, it has been alleged that 29 named persons and 100 to 150 unknown persons were agitating and scuffle took place pursuant to that road blockage was made and one of the co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No.2538 of 2026, in the attending facts and circumstances, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned court within two weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender, they shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bokaro, in connection with Chas (M) P.S.
