He would also submit that the jurisdiction of the Family Court Katghora is within the jurisdiction of Family Court Korba, therefore, the matter may also be heard at Korba and the learned Family Court may be directed to decide the case at the earliest. 2. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to move the application for urgent hearing and on such application being filed, the Family Court, Korba shall decide the same in accordance with law.
