O R D E R [Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.] The petitioner, who is a third party to the writ petition, has filed the present petition seeking leave of this Court to prefer a Writ Appeal against the order of the writ Court dated 28.11.2025 made in W.P(MD)No. 34620 of 2025. 2.According to the petitioner, she is the absolute owner of the southern portion of Survey No.173/9 by virtue of a registered gift deed dated 24.02.2025, and she is a proper and necessary party. Without impleading the petitioner as a party to the writ petition, the first respondent/writ petitioner has obtained an order to survey the land.
