The details of legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1 have been provided in para-3 of the application. Copy of death certificate of deceased respondent No.1 has also been appended as Annexure A- 1. Consequently, in view of the averments as made in the application, which are duly supported by an affidavit and in view of submissions as made by learned counsel for the applicant, the present application is allowed and the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1, as detailed in para-3 of the application, are ordered to be brought on record as respondents No. 1 (a) to 1 (c) subject to all just exceptions. Amended memo of parties filed along with the application is taken on record. Mr. Lakshay Thakur, Advocate seeks ten days time to file power of attorney on behalf of newly added respondents. The application stands disposed of. It is contended by Mr. Janesh Gupta, Advocate, that he has filed an application in RSA No. 288 of 2024 for bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1.
