Counsel for the peoner has handed over the medical report of the peoner’s ailing mother to the State counsel. 3. State counsel seeks me to verify the medical condion of peoner’s mother. 4. Counsel for the peoner submits that he wants to withdraw the present peon with liberty to file an applicaon for interim suspension of sentence in the appeal filed by the peoner challenging the convicon, which is pending before this Court. 5.
