The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sukhdeo Nagar P.S. Case No. 79 of 2023, registered under section 366A of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and sister of the informant were in relationship and allegations are made that petitioner has fled away with the sister of the informant. He next submits that petitioner and sister of the informant have solemnized marriage before the Registrar of Hindu Marriage, Barhi on 07.02.2024 in the light of annexure-2. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State submits that from perusal of Annexure-2 prima facie it appears that petitioner and sister of the informant have solemnized marriage. 5. Learned counsel for the informant submits that marriage of the ( 2026:JHHC:20587 ) petitioner and sister of the informant has been solemnized and in this regard I.A. No. 8181 of 2026 has been filed. 6. Annexure-2 is the document which clearly suggests that petitioner and sister of the informant have solemnized marriage before the Registrar of Hindu Marriage, Barhi on 07.02.2024 which has been accepted by the learned counsel for the informant. 7. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Ranchi, in connection with Sukhdeo Nagar P.S.
