In such view of the matter, since now the charge-sheet has been filed the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition to challenge the charge-sheet. 6. In such view of the matter, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to avail appropriate remedy to challenge the charge- sheet.
