In the affidavit, it had been stated that the order of the Tribunal was received with delay and thereafter sanctioned had to be obtained for filing the appeal. In the said process, there has been a delay. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the respondents also. 4. Taking all factors into consideration, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. 5. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the appeal under the caption “For Admission” on 22.04.2026.
