Tripathy, learned AGA for State – opposite parties. 2. The limited grievance of the petitioner is that though eviction notice has been issued in Form-Kha to him in Land Encroachment Case No.147 of 2025-26, but the Tahasildar is threatening for eviction of the petitioner from the case land. 3. Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Tahasildar, Oupada (O.P. No.4) to grant due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner before proceeding for his eviction and take decision, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition. Till such decision is taken by opposite party no.4, the petitioner may not be evicted from the case land.
