Since these two bail applications arise out of one and same case record, the same are heard together and disposed of by this common order with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties. 2. These are the bail applications U/S.483 of BNSS by the petitioners for grant of bail in connection with Attabira P.S. Case No. 371 of 2025 corresponding to C.T. (Special) Case No. 76/117 & 76 of 2025 pending in the file of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Court, Bargarh, for commission of offences punishable U/Ss. 21(b)/29 of NDPS Act r/w. Sec.25(1-A) of the Arms Act, on the main allegation of transporting 700 bottles of Eskuf Cough Syrup each measuring 100ml containing 200mg of Codeine Phosphate; total 140grams of Codeine Phosphate in Bolero Pickup bearing Regd. No. OD-07-AC-1068 and one Bolero Neo bearing Regd. No. OD-33-AM-5851 by further possessing two pistol with live ammunition and ante cartridges along with co-accused persons. Page 2 of 2 3. Heard, Mr. Susanta Kumar Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner in BLAPL No. 414 of 2026, Mr. Sarat Kumar Jena, learned counsel for the petitioner in BLAPL No. 13766 of 2025 and Mr. S.C. Pradhan, learned Addl. PP in these matters and perused the record. 4. After having considered the rival submissions and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of the offences as alleged against the petitioners vis-à-vis the accusations sought to be brought against them and regard being had to the pre-trial detention of the petitioners in custody since 06.10.2025 and keeping in view the other circumstances on record in entirety including the inherent right of an accused to be presumed innocent until proven guilty at the trial and grant of bail to co-accused Sambit Kumar Parija in BLAPL No. 12428 of 2025 by this Court, this Court without expressing any view on merits, admits each of the petitioners to bail. 5. Hence, these two bail applications of the petitioners namely Srikanta Kumar Behera (BLAPL No.414 of 2026) and Pritam Biswal (BLAPL No. 13766 of 2025) are allowed and each of the petitioners is allowed to go on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh) each with one solvent surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Court in seisin of the case on such terms and conditions as deem fit and proper by it. 6. Accordingly, these BLAPLs stand disposed of. Issue urgent certified copy of the order as per Rules. A soft copy of this order be immediately communicated to the concerned Court, who shall afterwards communicate the same to the concerned Jail through e-mail for reference. (G.
