The present Writ Restoration Application has been filed assailing the order dated 16.10.2025, whereby the writ petition was dismissed for non-compliance of the order that 03.09.2025 passed by this Court for curing the defect(s) pointed out by the Registry. 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that he could not cure the defect(s) as the reasons for not curing the defect(s) were beyond his control. 3. Considered. This Court deems it appropriate to restore the writ petition to its original number subject to payment of costs of Rs.5,000/- with Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority, Jaipur. 5. It is made clear that if the receipt of the said amount is submitted and all the defect(s) as pointed out by the Registry in the writ petition are cured within a period of four weeks, then the original writ petition be listed for admission. 6. If the same is not done, then this order will not come into effect. 7. With the aforesaid observations, the present Writ Restoration Application stands disposed of. 8.
