He further submits that, the non- appearance of the applicant’s counsel was bonafide, hence, this MCC may be allowed. 3 Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to allow this MCC. 4 On due consideration, since this MCC has been filed within 10 days from the date of passing of order dated 11-4-2019 when the case was dismissed for want of prosecution and non-appearance of the appellant is bonafide, therefore, this MCC is allowed.
