Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a communication dated 12.08.2026, issued by the Director, Directorate of Elementary Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla- 1 and copy of o1ce order dated 12.08.2026, passed by the Deputy Director, School Education (Elementary), District Sirmaur at Nahan, which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid o1ce order dated 12.08.2026 reveals that the case of the petitioners are not similarly situated to CWP No.2500/2021, titled, Ranjit Singh & 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 others vs. State of H.P. and others and hence the representations made by the petitioners have been rejected. 3. This Court, while disposing of the writ petition, had only directed the respondents to consider and decide the representations of the petitioners in light of the judgment passed in Ranjit Singh’s case (supra), expeditiously, preferably within four weeks. 4. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 14.03.2024, passed in CWP No.1952 of 2024, titled Bhawna Singh & Ors. vs. State of H.P. & Ors., has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is accordingly disposed of as having been fully satis<ed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the aforesaid o1ce order dated 12.08.2026 in accordance with law. 5.
