Sambhajinagar wherein the order passed by the Tahsildar under Section 143 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code has been confirmed. It is submitted that pursuant thereto, a notice has been issued. The petitioners inform that, on 16.10.2026, the possession of the land would be taken for construction of the road, which has been granted by the Tahsildar vide his order dated 27.04.2026. 2. In view thereof, the petitioners seek withdrawal of the Writ Petition. 4 In the meanwhile, to enable the petitioners to approach the Collector for seeking appropriate relief, protection is granted for a period of seven (7) days from today. 5.
