Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that respondents have now rejected the claim of the petitioners vide order dated 23.07.2026.

This Court vide order dated 28.11.2025 passed in CWP No.18473 of 2025, titled, Rohit Kumar and others vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others had given direction to the respondents to decide the representations made by the petitioners, in terms of decision rendered by this Court in CWP No.1638 of 2024, titled, Mohit Sharma and Anr. vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors., expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks.

Since the respondents have now rejected the claim of the petitioners, the mandate contained in the judgment has duly been complied with. However, the petitioners, in view of rejection of their claim, are at liberty to avail the appropriate remedy, in accordance with law.

The execution petition is accordingly disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
