The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rajmahal P.S. Case No.32 of 2020, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 34 of Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rajmahal. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is only witness of the sale deed and the deed writer has been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 2201 of 2026 and allegations are made that the land has been sold inappropriately. He next submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 9 of the petition. He next submits that petitioner will cooperate in the investigation. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the petitioner is witness of the sale deed. 5. Considering that petitioner is witness of the sale deed and deed writer has been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 2201 of 2026 and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 9 of the petition. The petitioner will co-operate in the investigation. 6. In the attending facts and circumstance of the case, I am ( 2026:JHHC:20628 ) inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 7. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rajmahal in connection with Rajmahal P.S. Case No.32 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. Dt.13.07.2026 ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) satyarthi-
