Feeling aggrieved by the judgment and award dated 19.06.2026 passed by learned Ex-Officio Commissioner for Employee’s Compensation and Civil Judge Senior Division, Hingoli in W.C.N.F.A. No.2 of 2024, original respondent no.2/Insurance Company is before this Court in the First Appeal. 2. This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 41 days caused in filing the First Appeal. It is contended that 2 910-ca-11815-2026 the delay is not huge one, but is caused due to administrative exigency. Details of the journey of file is mentioned in the application. 3. Considering that the delay is hardly of 41 days and that the interest of the claimants is already secured as the appellant has deposited entire payable award amount alongwith interest in the Trial Court, the Civil Application stands allowed. For the reasons stated in the application, delay of 41 days caused in filing the First Appeal is hereby condoned. Appeal be registered. CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 11816 OF 2026 .
