CISUE 137 of SELASE 2019 passed by Respondent No.2 at Annexure-F consequently. b) Issue writ of mandamus direct Respondent No.1 and 2 to grant sanction to prosecute Respondent No. 3 and 4 for the offences mentioned in the letter dated - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:27304 WP No. 11752 of 2024 24.12.2018 addressed by the petitioner to Respondent No.1 and 2 in terms of Annexure-A; c) Pass any other order that this Hon’ble Court deems fit, in furtherance of justice in so far as petitioner is concern. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo dated 16.04.2026 seeking leave of the Court to withdraw the petition. The memo reads as under: “The petitioner prays that this Hon’ble Court be pleased to permit the petitioner to withdraw the above petition in the interest of justice.” 3.
