03 /10.07.2026: This bail application has been filed by the petitioner under Sections 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as he is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 111(2)(b), 111(3), 111(4), 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 66(B), 66(C), 66(D) and 84(C) of the IT Act.
2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order.
3. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail.
4. There is allegation against this petitioner that he is involved in cybercrime. The petitioner along with another co-accused were apprehended and SIMs and mobiles were seized from this petitioner. From the seized phones itwas discovered that several materials posing as fake Flip cart Customer Care, Amazon Customer Care, Airtel Payment Bank Officer, Phone-pe Customer Care, Airtel Payment Bank Officer, PM Kisan Yojna etc. were there in his phone indicating the Cybercrime done by him. Portal several links were established from the IMEI number and mobile number of the petitioner.
5. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Cyber Crime Case No. 160 of 2025 corresponding to Deoghar Cyber PS Case No. 132 of 2025, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II cum Cyber Crime Special Court, Deoghar stands rejected.
6. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
7. It is expected that the trial should be concluded within six months.
