The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 51 of 2026, registered under sections 316(3), 316(4), 316(5), 318(2), 318(3), 318(4), 336(2), 336 (3), 338, 3(5) of BNS, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case alleging that by way of depositing spurious gold, loan has been obtained. He next submits that main role has been played by one Rajendra Kumar Soni @ Rajendra Soni who was appraiser of the Union Bank of India and he has disclosed that gold is genuine. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there of misleading the bank in obtaining loan by way of depositing fake gold and anticipatory bail of co-accused namely, Rajendra Kumari Soni @ Rajendra Soni has already been rejected in A.B.A. No. 3677 of 2026. 5. Considering that there is direct allegation against the ( 2026:JHHC:20623 ) petitioners of misleading the bank in obtaining gold loan by way of depositing fake gold and anticipatory bail of co-accused namely, Rajendra Kumari Soni @ Rajendra Soni has already been rejected in A.B.A. No. 3677 of 2026, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
