CMP No. 19372 of 2026 The instant application under Section 151 of CPC has been filed on behalf of the applicants/respondents for release of the balance awarded amount of compensation. 2. As per the applicants/respondents, they are in dire need of money to meet out their day-to-day expenses. Hence, it is prayed that the entire balance amount of compensation, which is lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, may be released in their favour as per their respective shares. The application is duly supported with affidavits of the applicants. 3. Learned Deputy Advocate General has submitted that till date, no SLP has been filed by the appellants/State against the judgment dated 01.12.2025, passed by this Court. 4. Heard. Having perused the averments made in the application, which is duly supported with the affidavits of the applicants/respondents, this Court finds it in the interest of justice to release the entire balance amount of compensation, alongwith up-to-date interest in favour of the applicants/ respondents, as per their respective shares, which is lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, after proper verification and identification by remitting the same to their respective bank accounts, details whereof have been given in para-5 of the application. 5.
