Sri Ch.S.N.Meena Kumari, learned counsel, representing Sri Kambhampati Ramesh Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that Insolvency Petition No.25 of 2012 has already been disposed of by the Senior Civil Judge, Tanuku and nothing remains for adjudication and that the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. 3. As per the details of the Case Information System placed on record by the Registry also, the Insolvency Petition No.25 of 2012 on the file Court of Senior Civil Judge, Tanuku was dismissed on 08.05.2024. 4. In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
