JUSTICE P SREE SUDHA ORAL ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner is present and stated that he had served copy of petition to the counsel for the respondent on 09.03.2026 but there is no representation either by the respondent or by the counsel. 2. Heard the arguments of learned counsel for the petitioner. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:26760 CP No. 4 of 2026 3. This transfer petition is filed by wife for transfer of M.C. No.2015/2025 filed by husband for divorce before the II Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bangalore to the Court of the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC., Kunigal. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner's marriage with respondent was performed in the year 2024. Previously both of them were residing in Bangalore. But now she is residing in Kuppe Village of Kunigal Taluk, Tumkur District with her parents. The distance between the said village to Bangalore is 120 kilometers and it is difficult for her to travel as there is no proper transport and also in view of her health condition. She has no source of income and she has to depend on her parents. She cannot incur travel expenses and she is not provided with any accommodation in Bangalore and also there is no male member to support her. 6. Considering the reasons stated by the learned counsel for petitioner, as there is no representation by the - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:26760 CP No. 4 of 2026 respondent's counsel, this Court finds it just and reasonable to transfer M.C.No.2015/2025 from the IV Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bangalore to the Court of the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC., Kunigal.
