Learned Counsel for Decree Holder (Wipro Ltd), submits that although the matter has been settled between the parties, Judgment Debtors no. 1 and 2 has not issued the TDS certificate. 2. Learned Counsel for Judgment Debtors no. 1 and 2 assures that the requisite TDS certificate for a sum of Rs.12,50,000/- shall be issued by 30th November, 2026. 3. Bank guarantee no. 0907725BGOB00036 furnished by the Respondent/Decree Holder in OMP (COMM) 386/2023 is hereby discharged. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to release the bank Guarantee to the Respondent/Decree Holder. 4. In view of the above undertaking given on behalf of learned Counsel for Judgment Debtors no. 1 and 2 in OMP(COMM) 386/2023 and OMP(ENF.)(COMM.) 244/2023 are disposed of. 5. Learned Counsel for Petitioner in OMP(COMM) 132/2024 seeks to withdraw the present petition. The petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. 6. Learned counsel for the parties further submits that OMP (ENF) COMM 244/2023 is listed before the Joint Registrar on 28.10.2026 for verification of stamp duty.
