In compliance of order dated 19.06.2026 passed by this Court, a report has been received from the Superintendent of Police, Giridihwhich suggests that neither the petitioner nor his relatives havegot any landed property or any other property. 3. Thus, considering the fact that the petitioner has already been granted bail, he be released on Personal Bond on giving an undertaking that he will appear before the Trial Court once in every month. 4. Maternal uncle of Sunil Turi namely, JainarayanTuri will file an affidavit that he will ensure appearance of the petitioner, if the petitioner fails to appear on any date. 5.
