No.7368/2025, only two witnesses have been examined thereafter and, as on date, only 11 out of 26 prosecution witnesses have been examined. It is, therefore, prayed that the learned trial Court be directed to expedite and conclude the trial within a stipulated time-frame. 2. Learned State counsel opposes the submissions advanced on behalf of the applicant. 3. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the learned trial Court is directed to make all endeavour to expedite the trial and conclude the same as expeditiously as possible. A copy of this order be transmitted forthwith to the concerned trial Court for information and necessary compliance.
