The petitioner is challenging the Certificate Proceeding being Certificate Case No.79/2024-25, initiated by the District Certificate Officer at Sahibganj. 3. The petitioner admittedly, has been noticed and in reply he has filed his statement denying liability in terms of Section 9 of the Act. It is also admitted that the certificate case is still pending. 4. Considering the fact that the Certificate Case is pending, I direct the petitioner to take all the points before the Certificate Officer, who will consider the same and if necessary, will take evidence and thereafter, will dispose the same in terms of Section 10 of the Act. 5.
