The petitioner seeks execution of the order dated 15.11.2022 (Annexure P-1 colly), passed in CWP No. 7377 of 2022, titled as Onkar Chand Vs. Himachal Road Transport Coprporation (HRTC) and another. 2. Counsel for the respondents has placed on record a copy of the order dated 06.01.2023, whereby the benefit of two additional increments on completion of 20 years service 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 has been allowed on notional basis w.e.f. 05.02.2010, and his pay has been fixed as per the table provided. 3. In the execution petition, there is no mention of the said order. In case the petitioner has any grievance against it, he may initiate alternative proceedings challenging the same.
