This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 whereby the Page No.# 2/2 petitioner, namely- Sohidul Hussain @ Saidul Sheikh has prayed for regular bail in respect of Special Case No.40/2022 pending in the court of learned Special Judge- cum-District and Sessions Judge, Dhubri. 3. The case is pending before the trial court for examination of the last prosecution witness. This Court is of the opinion that if the petitioner is allowed to go on bail, it will affect the early disposal of the case before the trial court. 4.
