opposite party No.2 as well as the other opposite parties granted to them in terms of the order dated 26.09.2024 passed in A.B.P. No. 323 of 2024 and A.B.P. No. 322 of 2024 by the learned Sessions Judge, Gumla in connection with Sisai P.S. Case No. 83 of 2024 registered under Sections 498A, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3, 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made the self-same prayer before the learned Sessions Judge, Gumla and the learned Sessions Judge, Gumla rejected the said prayer but the copy of the said rejection order has not been filed in this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition. 4.
In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since the self-same prayer has already been rejected by the learned Sessions Judge, Gumla and the order rejecting the prayer to cancel the bail having not been filed in this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition nor the said rejection order is challenged in this criminal miscellaneous petition, hence, this Court is of the considered view that the petitioner has not come to the Court with clean hands and has suppressed the material facts, hence, the petitioner is not entitled to the relief as prayed for in this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition. 5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, being without any merit, is dismissed. (Anil Kumar Choudhary, J.) High Court of Jharkhand, Ranchi Dated the 13th of July 2026 AFR/ Saroj
