Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record a copy of Office Order dated 06.08.2026, whereby the case of the petitioner has been allowed. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the claim of the petitioner has been partly allowed, however, the entire claim as sought has not been given to him. 4. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the aforesaid Office Order dated 06.08.2026 before the competent Court/forum. Liberty granted.
