Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the writ petition and direct the respondent authorities to transfer the services of petitioner from Office of Superintendent Engineer (Circle), CSPDCL Kawardha to District Durg. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No.1 to take decision over the representation for transfer dated 26-11-2025 (Annexure P-5) as per transfer policy within stipulated period of time. 10.3 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deem-fit and appropriate.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that petitioner is working on the post of Executive Engineer. Due to hypertension he underwent brain surgery and thereafter, petitioner had submitted an application for his transfer from Kawardha to District Durg. Representation was submitted in the month of November, 2025 but till date decision on the representation has not been taken and therefore, direction be issued to the respondent authorities to consider and take decision on the representation at the earliest within specific time frame. 3 3. Mr. Harshal Chuohan, counsel for the respondents on instruction submits that the respondent authorities will consider and take decision on the pending representation. 4. On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for respective parties and the limited submission made by counsel for the petitioner for direction to respondents to consider and take decision on the pending representation, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing the respondents No.1 and 2 to consider and take decision on the pending representation in an objective manner sympathetically in accordance with law, keeping in mind the policy formulated by the respondent authorities in this regard, expeditiously preferably within further period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of order. 5.
