In this writ petition, petitioner is assailing the endorsement dated 25.07.2025(Annexure-E), issued by respondent No.2, inter alia, sought for a direction to respondent No.2 to collect appropriate revenue and effect entry in the name of the petitioner, and to remove the words 'Sarkari Pada' in the revenue records pertaining to the land in question. 2. Sri. B. Ramesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, invited the attention of the Court to the Judgment of this Court in W.P.No.24046/2024 disposed of on 28.01.2026 and submitted that, therein identical matter has been considered by this Court and appropriate direction has been issued to the respondent - State to remove the words 'Sarkari Pada' in respect of the land in question therein, which is reflected in revenue records. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:27024 WP No. 32853 of 2025 3. Learned Additional Government Advocate submitted that identical matter has been moved before the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.66/2024 and the Division Bench has granted stay on 24.02.2026 therein. 4. In that view of the matter, taking note of the endorsement dated 25.07.2025 produced at Annexure-E, I am of the view that, the said endorsement would be subject to the result of the order that may be passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.66/2024. 5. It is also made clear that till the conclusion of the aforesaid appeal by the Division Bench of this Court, the respondent shall not interfere with the possession of the schedule land by the petitioner herein. 6.
