Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the relatives of the petitioner have their landed property but not in their name but in the name of their ancestors. 3. Considering the said submission, it is made clear that if landed property is in the name of any of the ancestors,the genealogical table to show the line of inheritance and the share, should be filed by an affidavit at the time of filing bail bonds. 4. Condition of bail as per the order dated 24.02.2026 passed in BA No. 355 of 2026 is modified accordingly, to the aforesaid extent. 5. This Cr.MP is allowed. 6.
