Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is aggrieved by assignment of seniority of the year 2017-18 to him on the post of Vice Principal, Senior Secondary School, and although representations were submitted by the petitioner, no heed has been paid by the respondents. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a limited prayer that the respondents be directed to decide the representation submitted by the petitioner. 3. In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, liberty is granted to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the respondent No.2, who shall consider and decide the same by a speaking order in accordance with law.
