She submits that an application was filed under Section 3G before the appropriate authority but the same is still pending, after notice has been issued before Deputy Commissioner, Deoghar. 6. Considering the nature of the grievance of the petitioner, I am of the opinion that the petitioner should approach the appropriate authority by invoking jurisdiction under Section 3H(4) of the National Highways Authority Act, as there is a dispute in respect of apportionment of the amount or any part thereof. 7. Thus, the petitioner should approach the District Land Acquisition Officer along with a petition in terms of Section 3H(4), who on receipt of the said representation, will pass an appropriate order and do the needful in terms of the Act, as early as possible, without any delay. 8. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. (ANANDA SEN, J.) 09th July, 2026 S.K.D/CP-2 Uploaded on 13.07.2026
