ORDER The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed by Accused Nos.2 and 12 in Crime No.48 of 2026 on the file of the second respondent police, seeking a direction to the learned I Additional District Judge, (PCR Court), Trichy, to accept the surrender of the petitioners and consider their bail application on the same day.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has made an endorsement not pressing this petition in respect of the first petitioner. Therefore, this petition is dismissed as against the first petitioner.
3. Considering the averments made in the petition, there shall be a direction to the learned I Additional District Judge, (PCR Court), Trichy, to accept the surrender of the second petitioner and consider the bail application on the same day, on merits, in connection with Crime No.48 of 2026, dated 02.02.2026 after giving due opportunity to the de facto complainant. 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
