Sharma, Additional Advocate General. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record office letter dated 30.09.2026 of the Executive Engineer, Baijnath Division, H.P.P.W.D., addressed to the petitioner seeking requisite documents in order to complete the codal formalities for releasing admissible pension. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of certain mismatch qua petitioner’s date of birth in some documents, the petitioner requires about six weeks time for completing the documentation. 2. Learned Additional Advocate General submits that as and when petitioner produces the requisite documents, appropriate action in accordance with law shall be taken by the respondents for releasing the admissible pension in his favour. 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 3. Noticing the above submissions, the present execution petition is disposed of with liberty reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for the redressal of his surviving grievances if any, in accordance with law.
