Heard Mr. Anil Kumar Jaiswal, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. representing the State and perused the record. 2. The instant application has been preferred by the applicant with a prayer for expeditious disposal of Case No. 15646 of 2022 (State Vs. Vivek and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 540 of 2021, under Sections 498(A), 323, 504, 506 of I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Sipri Bazar, District Jhansi, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhansi, within stipulated time. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is the husband and accused in Case No. 15646 of 2022. It was also apprised that charges in the matter have been framed. Matter is still pending before learned trial court at the stage of cross-examination of P.W. 1. He has further prayed to expedite the proceedings of aforesaid case. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the innocuous prayer of the applicant. 5. In view of the above, it is directed that the learned trial court concerned shall make all endeavour to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, preferably withing a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment. 6.
