Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that so far as petitioner No. 4 in that case is concerned, the father’s name was wrongly typed in the petition as Rameshwar Mahto in place of “Kishun Prasad. He next submits that the same has occurred due to inadvertence and in view of that the father’s name of petitioner No. 4 in the order dated 15.09.2025 passed in A.B.A. No. 5325 of 2025 by this court may kindly be modified. 3. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has not raised any serious objection. 4. Considering that the said has occurred due to inadvertence and in view of that let the father’s name of petitioner No. 4 in order dated 15.09.2025 passed in A.B.A. No. 5325 be read as “Kishun Prasad” in place of Rameshwar Mahto. 5.
