Having taken note of the submission made by learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, I am of the view that the petitioner herein has to approach the competent Civil Court for the relief of cancellation of registered Sale Deed dated 20th January, 2003 (Annexure-D), if he is aggrieved by the same.
