Considering the said submission, the petitioner is directed to approach the respondent-Bank to activate the account. 3. It is expected that after production of all these documents and after completing all formalities, if there is no other impediment, the account should be activated within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4. Once the account is activated by the Bank after being fully satisfied, it will be open to the petitioner to transact in accordance with law. 5.
